Anderson High School

The cross country team competed in 2 meets this week. We competed in the Muncie Burris meet on Wednesday and the Yorktown invite on Saturday. There were very strong performances in both meets, but everybody got a PR at the Yorktown meet yesterday. The times from the Yorktown meet are as follows. Spencer: 17:43 and 18th place with a medal. Spencer has been trying to go sub 18 since sophomore year and he finally did it!! He also got a 11 second PR in the 3200 yesterday!! Cooper: 18:43 and 39th place. An all time PR by 43 seconds and he is now a proud owner of a new pair of crocs!! Kameron: 20:38:00 and 68th place. Kameron got an all time PR of .21 seconds!! Jacob: 20:40 and 69th place. Jacob got an all time PR of 10 seconds!! Liam: 21:15 and 74th place. Liam got an all time PR of 40 seconds! We have two meets next week. On Tuesday we will be competing in County meet at Pendleton. On Saturday we will be competing at the new haven invite.
